MILESTONES AND MEMORIES
AC/DC released their third album, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, this week in 1976. And this week in 1990, they released The Razors Edge album.

Twenty-five years ago this week, Savage Garden won 10 ARIA Awards – the most by one act in a single night.

This week in 2005, J.D. Fortune won the TV show Rock Star: INXS, to become INXS’s new lead singer.

Happy Birthday to Tim Rogers who is 53 on September 20. Nick Cave is 65 on September 22. And Sarah Blasko is 46 on September 23.

And we remember the great Slim Dusty who died of cancer, aged 76, this week in 2003. He had been working on his 106th album, Columbia Lane, which was posthumously released in 2004.
